I was born in Okinawa in 1983. My training is in the French style, which is very subtle, and my aim is to use local ingredients for the freshest local presentation. I opened café h so that people can enjoy authentic French cuisine in a relaxing, informal ambience. Our dishes are made from chemical free vegetables from our own farm, local pork, Kobe beef and other carefully selected ingredients. Please enjoy my creations with all five senses. Accentuating the unique charms of each ingredient is my specially. At café h, you can enjoy authentic French cuisine and a selection of wines at reasonable prices.
