To make our original curry, we sauté our own blend of spices together with grated carrots and onions, then reduce the liquid content by simmering with premium Kobe beef for three hours. Finally, soup stock from veal bones is added for a slow simmer. All in all, preparation of this special curry takes about a week to complete.
